"Who's Your Farmer?"
Basically considered the "rock stars" of California farming, Bill and Barbara Spencer of Windrose Farm almost single-handedly made the farm-to-table movement possible in Paso Robles. 
Through years of hard work, taking their Paso Robles-grown produce to the Santa Monica Farmers Market (roughly a 7-hour round trip) each week, and in connecting with local restaurants, they have reminded chefs, visitors and residents of all the reasons that fresh produce is important - flavor, nutrition and keeping agriculture alive and viable on the Central Coast of California.
