We started life as a wine bar in Solvang, CA. We opened Pismo Beach in 2010 (we sold Solvang in 2012) with a novel idea of offering nearly every wine in the house by the glass. Of course, our original plan was to stock only about 200 wines. That obviously didn't last very long as our flagship Pismo Beach store now carries around a thousand selections!
We opened Taste in the Alley, Paso Robles in 2015 and now have about four hundred wine selections. We wanted a well insulated location (Paso gets pretty hot) and found one off an alley behind Artisan Restaurant.
Both locations are full service. You can choose to have a glass, a wine tasting flight or a bottle. Or you can take a bottle or case with you. We also ship to a number of States.
