Opolo Vineyards is located on a beautiful 70 acre mountain site, west of Paso Robles. Here, the poor mountain soil, high daytime temperatures and cool nightime temperatures combine to yield intense grapes that are the necessary ingredients to produce fine wines. At Opolo all of our wines are estate grown, produced and bottled. Our specialty is big mountain Zinfandels, full bodied Pinot Noirs, Merlots & Syrahs, as well as an easy going Sangiovese.
