Adelaida Springs Ranch is the Foshay family farm in the hills west of Paso Robles. The ranch includes more than 1500 acres of pristine oak woodland, wrapped around a 40 acre vineyard of world class wine grapes, set in a remote valley in the southern reaches of the Santa Lucia mountain range.
The family relocated from the Bay Area in 2001 and planted the vineyard in 2002. Soon after, they began developing their cattle herd, which is the source for their grass-fed beef products.  They introduced sheep to the ranch in 2011. The unique geography and wonderful climate here make this a special place to grow wine, beef, lamb and honey.
From their website: "...we hope you'll come visit us, get to know our ranch and gain the inspiration and peace of mind that come from having a connection to a naturally beautiful and productive place. We think our efforts here achieve a nice balance between the wild and the well-tended. We invite you to become a part of that. Welcome to the ranch."
