Niner Wine Estates is hosting a six-course meal complete with wine pairings! Chef Maegen Loring will serve sweet and savory dishes all inspired by a Valentine’s Day staple: chocolate. Morro Bay oysters with a chocolate-champagne granita, pork and cocoa nib terrine served with winter greens and a cocoa vinaigrette and roast lamb ribs with a white chocolate parsnip puree are among the delectable courses. The event is $150 to the public and $125 to wine club members.
